Pricing

Course fee is 400 Euros including:

• tuition fee for 5 days course and coffee breaks
• learning materials and session summaries
• administration and organisational costs
• certificate of attendance
• mobility documents and Europass document

Accomodation and meals in Skopje (provisional prices)

• Airbnb appartment for two persons: 30 Euros per day.
• Hotel (with breakfast): single room 55 euros; double room 70 euros.
• Meals: approx 20 per day.

Erasmus grant to cover the expences

SIM offers help with application for a grant from your National agency that covers all the expences: course fee, daily expences (accomodation, meals,…), and travel costs.

Billing Procedure

• Registration for the course is free-of-charge. Filling the registration indicates your interest and greatly assists us in organizing appropriate sessions.
• ​The course will be confirmed and we will begin scheduling our sessions only once we have a sufficient number of registrations (a minimum of 5 for each course).
• Invoice for the course fee will be issued and send it by the email at least 5 weeks before the start of the course with due date 2 weeks before the course starts.

Cancellation Policy

• CANCELLATION MORE THAN 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO COURSE START: If you cancel your enrollment more than 4 weeks before the course begins, you will receive a full refund.
• CANCELLATION BETWEEN 4 AND 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO COURSE START: We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, as we have already invested significant effort and resources in preparation, we will charge a cancellation fee of 150 € per participant for cancellations made during this period.
• CANCELLATION LESS THAN 2 WEEKS BEFORE COURSE START: Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks before the course starts. However, we do provide the option to reschedule to a different date or course, or to transfer the registration to another participant.
