Vision
The vision of the project is to integrate physical activity and active life habits as part of the family’s daily routine to improve the family’s wellbeing. Active families are the key to a healthy lifestyle. The project is intended for families and families with physically challenged members who we want to encourage to accept sports activities and include them in their daily lives. By exercising together, all family members can improve their health and wellbeing.

The objectives that we pretend to develop with ACFAM are:

• To encourage families to adopt sports exercises as a lifetime activity.
• To contribute to improving every individual’s quality of life and health.
• To encourage healthy lifestyles among participants.
