Summary

We aim to modernize vocational education by integrating AI tools and methodologies, enhancing digital literacy and AI competencies of VET teachers and students.

We seek to bridge the educational gap for those facing socio-economic challenges and gender inequalities, ensuring inclusive and equitable access to new technology education.

The project strives to prepare a skilled, adaptable workforce ready for the evolving demands of the job market while fostering innovation and inclusivity.

We are going to implement the following activities:

  1. Develop an AI-focused training for VET teachers: Integrating AI tools into teaching practices
  2. Conduct comprehensive pilot training for teachers on AI integration in teaching.
  3. Develop and distribute an AI usage guide tailored for VET students.
  4. Pilot the AI tools and methodologies in classroom settings.
  5. Organize events to promote project benefits and inclusivity in AI education.

We expect the following results:

  1. Bigger AI proficiency among VET teachers, with the ability to integrate AI tools into teaching to include diverse students, and help their advancement.
  2. Increased AI literacy among VET students, and inclusion of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
  3. A comprehensive AI training and practical guide implemented in VET school.
  4. Greater awareness and inclusivity in AI education within the wider community.
  5. A foundation for ongoing innovation.
