Advances in Mathematics: Scientific Journal (Adv. Math. Sci. J.) was first published in 2012. It is a peer reviewed international journal devoted to the publication of original research articles as well as review articles in all areas of pure, applied, computational and industrial mathematics. It publishes short to medium-length papers written in English. All papers are refereed to international standards. Adv. Math., Sci. J. follows the Code of Practice of the European Mathematical Society.

Journal of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics (J. Comp. Sci. Appl. Math.) was established in 2014 by the Union of researchers of Macedonia. It is a peer-reviewed international journal devoted to the publication of original research and surveys articles as well as review articles in all areas of computer science, applied, computational and industrial mathematics. J. Comp. Sci. Appl. Math. follows the Code of Practice of the European Mathematical Society.

Between 2016 and 2020 there was discontinuation in the publication of the journal.
